In the time of ages... when manfrotto wasn’t born...and nikon maybe it was a legend....one man... rise up form the edges...Michelangelo... was to sleepy (aka Silve)... with his rifle gun...now from A.M. arena...it run away...with a girl friend....and Alessia was to drunk (and happy from sprite )) to take a photo.....into the mountains blue (it was summer?) where it was a little cold... and the my happiness was freezing.... He take the gun and shooting the bastard Dali (aka Mirciu - I wasn’t there...I was making shooping?! )...with plums and tomato....(take carrots next time will you ).... a doggy black angel was falling down from the sky....the sun was in eclipse (on the roof??)... a totally dark area...it was his paunchy...it was there....ready for action ...the art director of the Hungry people, I lost the cat and found the dog, I need to get out to make a pish I and caca II.....from behind the scene....one thunder, the mighty one....Sir Blacky!!!

Do not install Lightroom 1.4

Lightroom 1.3.1 was fine. Now there is a problem on import if converting to dng. Also on export, the time is not correct.
Yes there is an issue (Windows platform) when converting to DNG on import or from within the library. The same problem breaks existing DNG files when the Update DNG Preview and Metadata command is used.

Yes a bug report has been submitted.

Until it's resolved you would be advised not to convert files to DNG with Lightroom and don't update existing DNG previews.

If you prefer to use DNG my advice would be to go by to 1.3.1 now rather than wait for a fix, otherwise you're only get yourself into more difficulties.
